Recently had a stay with my family. Mrs.Jean was amazing and super sweet every morning at breakfast. If anything was needed she was on top of it and was quick and through. The room was a great size. Great location, close to briargate shopping and Air Force Academy. I have no complaints about my stay. Also pet friendly so I could bring my dog along.

The staff here are all so wonderful. My bed is super soft and the sheets are too! The view of the mountainside is beautiful and my room is very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is always yummy, with options that change daily. This hotel is also in a convenient location and is very safe. I just love it here!!

This Comfort Inn is clean, fairly priced with a great staff and an unbeatable location. The breakfasts are quite good and the coffee was exceptional. I want to give special recognition to the afternoon/night front desk person, Margaret. She was super professional, helpful, and friendly. We stayed for two nights and Margaret was an absolute delight. Overall, an exceptional lodging option with great staff at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

This is an older hotel and there are a few things that could just really need an Update. However, the staff makes up for everything. Best housekeepers I’ve ever had.. Second night really loud family above me checked in and it sounded like a circus. I asked the front desk to help alleviate the situation and I don’t know what she said, but they stopped and never started again. Everyone was very helpful and it’s friendly as they could be. My room personally was very clean and I had zero issues. The bed and pillows were so comfortable very nice headboard. And yes, The rest was outdated, but it was exceptionally clean. And I have sensory issues so I have to have everything spotless in order to function so that’s my credentials for knowing if it’s clean :-) Also, I used to work in hotel management. I would say they probably need maintenance to do more spot checks because Two lamps has lightbulbs missing. I know that’s not a funding issue so that that should’ve been taken care of. My TV was a little old school. I don’t believe you could get streaming on it but that’s OK. They had great cable service due to my needs. Plus the TV had a HDMI plug so if you really wanted to, you could hook up your computer and stream or do what I did and use it as a second monitor on that note there is an outlet for ethernet. I’m not sure if that matters to you. I came here for a last minute escape to get some peace and quiet to get work done. The Internet is not secured and I know that’s obvious at a hotel but it’s so unsecured that I couldn’t even get my VPN to allow me to connect I had to use my phone hotspot, which was also fine that I did that. So I didn’t try the ethernet. In the same age, I know this things matter. I didn’t eat breakfast, but it was always fully stocked when I went down there for coffee and clean. They always had hard boiled eggs, healthy yogurt, assortment of breads and muffins juices, eggs and sausage. Oh yeah, I did have cereal three kinds of cereal. I’m being detailed because some people need to know these kind of things before they get to hotel. I do because of my invisible health issues, but I have to manage. Oh, and their little market that most hotels have in the lobby was honestly the One of the best I’ve ever seen and I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. It is affordable. I’ll be at hotel prices, but there’s a really good Assortment of healthy drinks, comfort drinks, milk, juices, sodas, tea I believe there’s a protein drink in there some hydrating water it was, but it was great. And my favorite they had a ice cream bin, which also had some burritos in there with some really great chip choices like they just had a great variety of everything. It was not just here’s the minimal crap that we can sell you. This is actually a place that. I did use the laundry and my clothes were very clean. The dryer is like some super dryer, but they only have one set, but it was not an issue. Three dollars to wash and dry. I didn’t use the pool, but I did take a look. The hot tub is closed. They have a patio very nice to sit out and it’s right on a little river with a sidewalk. It’s actually just such a good place. I mean all of the good outweighs, the bad And the bad is only that it needs to be updated a little. It’s right next-door to miniature golf and Indian motorcycle shop. The grocery stores were within a 10 minute drive and there’s everything you possibly want within 10 minutes. I would say this place is for a person who is trying to live below their means steering frugal, but appreciates safety, friendliness, decent amenities and overall cleanliness. People who say their reviews that their room was bad again. I think I would recommend they hire someone just for basic maintenance and upkeep on a regular basis before the hotel becomes to extensive, even a high paid person pt could help bring this hidden gem up to par. As they say, the devil is in The detail's The price couldn’t be either. Great value

We had a terrific experience at this hotel. The price was a steal with hot breakfast, pool and hot tub. But what was the most impressive, was after having a very noisy neighbor, the staff diligently tried to reach the person in that room, but after no luck they allowed us to finish our night in another room. In a day and age of poor to mediocre service, this staff went over and above for us and we were very appreciative.

When we first saw the reviews for the hotel it was after booking through Priceline. We were scared because the reviews seem to be pretty bad. When we arrived we were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel does not deserve the bad reviews it has gotten in the past. I don't know if things have been updated since those reviews but from my experience I can tell you it was absolutely wonderful. There is a beautiful walkway through the back of the property that takes you to some gorgeous size that you just have to see if you're going to stop there. But I guess the most important thing was the room was spotless, it smelled wonderful, the air conditioner was on and it was a very hot day so it made walking in cool and very relaxing. The hot tub was not working but that's okay the pool was. It was an indoor pool and looked pretty clean, unfortunately I was too exhausted to make it down to actually get to swim but there were no crowding or unsupervised children running around being obnoxious. The front desk check and experience was very quick and the guy was extremely polite. He did a walk-through when we checked out to make the process of getting the $100 deposit a bit expedited and we received the refund cleared within a day and a half. It may not be the most modern hotel in the country but it will definitely serve your purpose he will not feel unrested the next morning. The bonus is the breakfast which was just absolutely great for was supposed to be a two-star hotel. I genuinely have no complaints about this hotel and I believe that they need more recognition than the horrible complaints left in the past
